Our platform has a social aspect where you get to know more about who you are dealing with before closing the deal. Our advanced features also suggests ideal matches to make the sublease process as smooth as possible.

All users create profiles that allow subleasers to know who is staying in their home, sublessees can learn more about potential roommates before choosing a place, and young professionals moving to the city can get to know other people in the same situation before stepping foot in NYC.
