Financial Model

Due to the risk of loss and high housing prices, young people in Madrid prefer renting rather than owning. To help improve the housing and related amenities at the edge of Latina and Carabanchel, the financial model is established to promote collaboration and relieve the ownership burden.
Master Plan
Although social housing is being constructed constantly, a shortage exists in Madrid’s social housing market. Thus, social amenities are introduced to help improve
the current housing situation.
